Soften delivers acoustic solutions for Helen Electricity Network Ltd’s office spaces
A new, modern and flexible multi-space office for Helen Electricity Network Ltd was completed in Käpylä, Helsinki in 2015. Innovarch developed a spatial concept tailored to the client’s needs, along with a fresh interior aligned with the new brand identity.

To support the design process, interviews and needs assessments were conducted with different user groups. Colours and upholstery were selected in collaboration with the client’s furnishing team.
The new work environment includes a wide range of spaces of varying sizes, such as meeting rooms, collaborative work areas, quiet rooms, and flexible zones for individual work. These are supported by diverse furniture solutions tailored to different working styles.
With the move, the entire staff transitioned to a multi-space office environment. Previously, most employees had private offices. The new workspace has improved overall comfort and well-being, while height-adjustable desks support better ergonomics.
Innovarch was responsible for spatial planning, interior design, fixed and loose furniture design, and also contributed to lighting and acoustic design.
Soften acoustic panels were selected as the acoustic solution for the space.
