A new, modern and flexible multi-space office was completed in 2015 in Käpylä, Helsinki, Finland, for the electric grid. Innovarch developed a space concept that suits the customer's needs and supports the operation and a fresh interior look in line with the new brand.

A new, modern and flexible multi-space office was completed in 2015 in Käpylä, Helsinki, Finland, for the electric grid. Innovarch developed a space concept that suits the customer's needs and supports the operation and a fresh interior look in line with the new brand.
In support of the design work, interviews with groups of people and needs surveys were carried out. Colors and upholstery were selected together with the customer's furniture group.
In the new work environment, there are plenty of group work and conference rooms serving different sizes of work, as well as retreat rooms and free work areas, where the work is supported by different types of furniture solutions. With the move, the entire staff will work in multi-mode. In the past, almost everyone had their own workrooms. The work comfort of the staff has improved and the new electrically adjustable desks support the ergonomics of the work.
Innovarch prepared the site's spatial design, interior design, hardwood and bulk furniture design, and participated in lighting and acoustics design.
Soften was chosen as the acoustic panels.
