Queen Mary´s University chose Soften acoustic panels to the auditoriums at Mile End, London. Queen Mary, University of London is one of London and the UK's leading research-focused higher education institutions with 16 000 students and staff of 3 000. Mile End is Queen Mary's main campus and most academic Schools are based there, as well as several lecture theatres. The University wanted to improve the acoustics of existing lecture theatres in People´s Palace building. Five hundred fire rated Soften acoustic panels chosen and delivered in August 2010. Now the theatres provide a pleasant sound environment for lecturers and students at the University.
