The building is nearing completion and will be handed over in 2011. Soften acoustic panels are used as a wall material in the broadcast studios. Chosen model is S3 and it is designed by Marko Ståhlstedt. More than five hundred dark grey panels have already been delivered and the additional order is currently under negotiation. Soften manufactures panels in Turku. Securities Exchange Building is a part of a huge building complex called Sowwah Square. When completed Sowwah Square will also include four office towers, two hotels, a shopping center and more than 5000 parking places. Sowwah Square is designed by Goettsch Partners.
